Spring Pop of Colour Tutorial

Why does it always seem that when I turn around, it's a new month? Or in this case, a new season that is right around the corner! This by far was my favorite quad! I absolutely love purples on myself and they look great on every eye color! I know that pinks are hard and intimidating to wear, so a great alternative to that is wearing purples! It's also great that this quad has both a pink and a few purples.

Restores Dazzle! Cremeblend Blush

 

This is Restores Dazzle! Cremeblend Blush from the MAC SHOP MAC, COOK MAC (isn't that such an odd and awkward name for a collection?). When I went to my MAC event, I only had the Florida Cremeblend Blush in mind, but when I swatched this particular one, I knew I had to get both. However, when I sat down to film my haul video, my Florida blush was not there! I'm upset that I didn't get it, but good thing the collection isn't available yet, so it won't be sold out yet!

This particular cremeblend blush is so pigmented and glides on so well. It may be a good or bad thing, because if you don't use a light hand, or a stippling blush, you will have extremely dark cheeks. I love this color and it's a great Winter  color as well as a Spring blush. Please keep in mind that my photo and swatch here are a bit darker than in person!

MAC Me Over Haul

Over the course of two days, I drove myself about 30 minutes to my local MAC store to buy the latest makeup from MAC's MAC Me Over Collection and to also get a "makeover". The girl who gave me a makeover was gorgeous, but she was trying very hard to sell me eyeshadows because when I told her that I already picked up all the shadows that I wanted from that collection and that my collection of eyeshadows was pretty large, she would pick out colors and asked if I had them. When I said I did, she would go back and pick out another color. Anyways, here a photos and swatches of what I picked up from this collection.
