My Haircare Routine

The simpler the better, is what I've been going by. The majority of the time I only have shampoo, conditioner and Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Serum in my hair. I used to need so many products to make my hair look nice, but ever since I decided to give my hair a haircut (to get rid of all the dead hair) it has been so much kinder to me. So if you hair is frizzy, and dead, just cut it! I wanted long hair so bad, but it was a pain to take care of because my ends were dry, dead and frizzy. Now all I need is a few things, and it seems so much better. I hope this helps any of you who were wondering what I used in my hair. (:

Outfit of the Day

If you follow me on Twitter (@TreeMaChannel) then you most likely already saw my out of the day photo that I tweeted while I was at dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I thought I would do a blog post about that photo and let you know where I bought each item.

My peacoat is an old style that I bought from Express last year. They are no longer available, but there are plenty of other white pea coats just like it. One thing that drew me to this particular one above the rest is the detail on the bottom of the coat and the back. It has ruffles and reminded me of a skirt. I loved the single silver button in the middle of the back, I thought it was different, and I just had to get it.

My dress is a sweater dress from Express at well and they are still available. I have them in 3 different colors because they're so easy to wear and look so cute! My scarf pictured here is from Armani Exchange and I thought it tied my look together and matched my Coach purse. The only thing that did not get photographed were my shoes, I just wore silver flip flops from Old Navy.

An Update

First off, I just have to wish everyone out there a Happy New Year! I hope you all had an amazing 2011 and that your year is great. I know that my posts here on my blog have been next to scarce I am truly sorry about that. Even though I regularly upload videos on my Youtube , I have only posted a handful of entries here.
My only new years resolution (as I don't ever make any, and I thought of this one this morning) is to update and post a few blog entries a week. No more will there be months where there has not been one blog post. So the next few weeks, expect many posts that go along with my old uploaded youtube videos and a few that are exclusive to my blog. (:

I am not one to make excuses, but a few reasons why my blog has been so dead is that my son takes up all of my time. Whatever free time I have, I try to make videos. Another reason is that my blogspot email to sign is a completely different email for my youtube. So everyone time I sign onto here, I get signed out of my youtube and vice versa. Most of the times I like to write my blog when my new video is uploading, and it's a hassle to be signed out all the time. Any suggestions?
