Wearable Blue Eyeshadow Tutorial!

Hello loves! I know that blue eyeshadow is so gorgeous to look at, but may be daunting to wear. Whenever Spring & Summer come around I'm obsessed about wearing bright colors on both my eyes and lips. This tutorial is one of my favorites & a go to when it comes to wearing an everyday bright blue eyeshadow color.
